HELP ME

4 DAYS AFTER MY PERIOD I GET A BACTERIAL INFECTION I WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND THEY STILL DON'T KNOW WHY I GET IT PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYBODY CAN TELL WHAT THIS IS
