Everytime my bf and i have sex, he dosnt last as long as he wants to. and it makes him feel like he dosnt do his part/make me feel good. We were just wondering if there was any way he could last longer during sex.

a guide I wrote up for guys to last longer
1) Cum before you have sex, doesn't matter how! If you've cum right before you have sex, it should take you longer to cum the second time... or the third time...
2) Just have sex twice! Same concept as number one, pretty much.
3) Use extended pleasure condoms. Trojan (as well as other brands) make these condoms that have a numbing solution on them that numbs the penis to make the sensations not as intense. However- many guys say that although it does the job it either will make them limp or too numb to enjoy. Possibly worth trying though!
4) Distract yourself! Think about things that are a turn off, for just a moment. It might turn you off enough to stop you from cumming.
5) Talk or laugh with your partner during sex. Sex doesn't have to be so serious, you can pause and tell your partner how beautiful they are, or laugh about that queef... It might also bring you and your partner together emotionally as well as physically... leading to a more intense orgasm!
6) Take breaks or switch positions frequently. You can stop and do a little 69 or finger her, or just go to another room and find a new place to position yourselves! That little breaker will help calm you down. |

Have him try a cock ring, they are available in differant types at your favorite adult toy store or on line. Keeping the erection up is the important thing here it seems, and these do help, but also you want to apply a numbing agent to his penis prior to sex. |
