I'm taking Ortho-Tri-Cyclen Lo and I have been for about 6 months now. My fiance' and I are not trying to get pregnant, we don't use any other type of protection, but we always have unprotected sex and he ejaculates inside of me. Just this past month, I got my period 2 weeks earlier than usual, and I haven't stopped spotting. I bled for about 7 days and have spotted for 3 days. Is this just breakthrough bleeding? Ectopic pregancy, or possibly a change of pills in the future if I get my period this month again on schedule. I'm still continuing to take my pills everyday on time.
