BREAKTHROUGH BLEEING SINCE C SECTION

I gave birth to my 3rd son by c section 5 months ago my periods have been regular ever since but every month around ovulation time I have been getting breakthrough bleeding which last about a day or 2, could there be something wrong as this was my 3rd c section.
