Hello there! It is highly unlikely that you are having troubles getting pregnant because of the abortion and breast leakage.
Breast tenderness and slight leakage is a normal experience after abortion and it does not indicate any abnormalities. It usually lasts up to two weeks following abortion. The tenderness and the leakage gradually subside, so this is nothing to worry about, especially not now.
You should know that it may take up to a year for a perfectly healthy couple to get pregnant. Getting pregnant is not as easy as it may have seemed when you got pregnant accidentally (I suppose it was by accident).
Abortion is rarely a cause of infertility nowadays. It has been associated before with infections but this was when the equipment was not sterile and when abortions were illegal but today that may rarely be the cause. If a person had more abortions, it may happen that cervix got hurt from scraping during D&C but if that was the case, it is easily reversible.
I reckon you should keep trying. Are you keeping track of your ovulation and the symptoms like discharge, nasal body temperature, etc?
If you don’t succeed after a year of trying, then you should see a doctor and run some hormonal tests to see what the problem may be.
