I HAVE HAD THE SAME PARTNER FOR 18 MONTHS BUT OVER THE LAST 2 WEEKS I HAVE HAD A BURNING SENSATION WHEN I URINATE AND SLIGHT ITCHING AND SORNESS AROUND THE HEAD OF MY PENIS, ANY SUGGESTIONS OF WHAT THIS COULD BE, COULD I HAVE CAUGHT AN STI 18 MONTHS AGO AND NOW THE SYPMTOMS ARE SHOWING??

PLEASE HELP
