My father is 65 years old and he has just been diagnosed with diabetes. Even though he has been leading a healthy life for the past few years, it looks like it was not enough. He will also start insulin therapy. I have heard that B complex injections might lower blood sugar levels. Will that be helpful?
It might, but he has already been given his therapy. And furthermore, B complex is not usually used for lowering the blood sugar amount, although it is not recommended for those that already have low blood sugar level problems. There is also a theory that it helps with the stress, even though there are many proofs it actually makes an opposite effect.
