Hi, I am 54 years old male and I am suffering from chronic pain in my right shoulder. When I was younger I was tennis player and I injured my shoulder. My doctor prescribed me Naproxen for my problem but I started to feel back pain some time ago. I would like to know if it is possible that Naproxen may cause it.
Hi, Naproxen belongs to the group on NSAIDs and it should be helpful in treating such painful conditions. It should help with back pain too. However there is possibility that your back pain originates from some kidney problem which may be caused by Naproxen too. I suggest you to consult a doctor.
