Hello,
I had an accident last year and if someone is familiar with some exercise that would strengthen my knees. I would really appreciate response!

Hey there,
Swimming is the best possible exercise for knees. Also cycling and skiing. But do not over exaggerate with skiing (if you do not know to ski, better skip this, because it could cause you more injury).
I sincerely recommend swimming. If you do not know how to swim, here is advice: it is important to get into water, stay right to the edge of swimming pool, hold the edge (be turned on stomach) and just move your legs up and down through water…
Oh, yes, one more thing, avoid running on concrete or asphalt or any other very hard surface... this is very bad for knees and back.
Hope you’ll be fine.
