Hey, Im 15 and been masterbating for 3 years.
For about the last year, sometimes after i masterbate
i get a urge to pee right after, As soon as i do though, theres a pain, so bad its hard to explain, its like a burning on the inside of the head, Ive tryed so many things to cool it, Like even ice (I was despireate, just then it just makes worse because its burning inside and freezeing out.
(Like once every 1-2 months this happens, sometimes unlucky enought to be within weeks of each other)
The pain can last up to an hour, sometimes 2 hours.
I know it cant be an STD but, What could it be? |

Hi
I used to get the same problem when i was about 16. I too had been masturbating since about 12/13 and had no problems. I got really worried that I had damaged myself or somat! I found that if I went for a wee first before I got "started" then it calmed it a bit. I think it is something to do with a gland of some sort that closes your bladder off when you masturbate so that the sperm comes out and not urine. I used to get a sharp pain after masturbating and then the urge to wee, but after weeing it made it worse and the pain lasted for ages. I also found that when I masturbated lots in a short space of time it caused the same pain. Id just advise to go to the loo first if you can and see if that helps. Dont worry about it - i doubt very much that you are damaging yourself - its a perfectly natural thing to do and others have experienced the same prob! If it keeps on though mate I would definitely advise just goin to the docs to ask about it - dont be embarrased - the doc will have been asked the same thing before! |

| Yeah, ive noticed something else too, If i pee before masterbation, i dont have the urge to go right after, but the pain is still just as bad |

| hah i have the same problem, it sucks and i masterbate at night i get the pain and its hard to sleep. like i have the urge to pee, and i pee and the its like instant pain but the weird thing is that the pain makes me want to pee more but that is even more painfulll. omg i hate this |

| so my boyfriend is embarrased to talk to the doctor about this, he has a similar problem. he has found out that if he has beer before masterbation he has a pain at the base of his penis, that feels a lil better after urination but then comes back. he figured it was jsut the beer and masterbation. now it has happened after sex, more often and more pain. any suggestions? i want him to go to the doctor because its more often and more pain. |
