Bad stabbing pains in stomach when running

I went running yesterday and everything was fine i was running very well, but i went running today and i started to get really bad stabbing pains in the side of me stomach just below my rib, i was breathing corectly and doing everything as i should of, i am really scared as i have a exam on running in jst2 days and dont want this to happen again, do you have any sugestions?
