I'm 23 years old and before when i take plane rides I use to always vomit and people thought I have motion sickness. But when I start vomitting I don't stop until 12 hrs or more later. So I started avoiding plane rides for a while then when I got better, I started vomitting from time to time after having alcohol. Before I never had such problem with alcohol but later times I started having this problem.
Now my vomitting just comes at unexpected time. Now it usually occurs during night time before my sleep at random time. Maybe once every 3 or 6 months. It starts off with nausea from the stomach and I won't be able to fall asleep then eventually I vomit. And I vomit so severely that I always end up going to the hospital for IV treatment because I cant eat. I see for normal people usually after they vomit they would feel better. For me my vomit never stops until 12 hrs or more. So all those hours I start vomitting bio. Doctor has done many x-rays and blood tests but had never found a problem with me. Long time ago I had a camera put into my stomach to check for problem and I was diagonosed with ulcer. But after treatment I didnt have it anymore.
So I really wanted to know what could be causing this? Because this is really affecting my life and sometimes i'm scared wondering when the next vomitting would occur coz its seriously painful situation.
Have you ever explored the possibility that this is related to anxiety?
I encourage you to start keeping a journal or some type of notes on your day. I think you will see a pattern of Anxiety during the times you get nauseated and have to vomit.

i've actually thought about anxiety too but sometimes i wonder myself when i actually feel that way coz i know sometimes i might not realise it myself. Is there a cure to this?
My auntie also recently sent me this website about cyclic vomitting syndrome. I was wondering if it has anything to do with that? Because it sounds so much like it.
i really really hope i can fix this thing i have because it really ruins my life
