I think my 19 years old daughter is behaving a bit out of control-and I need some advice about those weird symptoms she has lately. She is euphoric and full of energy and strength with little sleep cravings and talking constantly and always in action but just 3 or 4 days after she is depressed, sleeps whole day and practically she is Behaving A Bit Out of Control and I am afraid even to leave her alone for I think she might hurt herself especially when she has those euphoric actions she seems so- maybe it is ugly to say but-dangerous for when in this phase she is really Behaving A Bit Out of Control and I wonder now what could this be-to me it looks like she has some mental problems but I don't get it-how come she started behaving this way for she was always acting normally so far?

If she is behaving like she is out of control and on the described way it is more likely she has some mental illness symptoms and to me it looks like it is about bipolar disorder according to the symptoms she has. My cousin is diagnosed with the same illness and I remember she started behaving exactly the same way –behaving a bit out of control-and if this condition is left untreated you may risk her losing control completely. So I advice you take her see some psychotherapist in order to determine her diagnose and what is the exact cause of this uncontrolled behavior –usually it is inherited or is triggered by some emotional stress. My cousin was diagnosed about 6 years ago and her illness is well controlled now by taking anti-depressants and mood stabilizers daily.
