How can you help someone who is overstressed all the time and when it is not being overstress he feels weird? …that is my boyfriend. I think I will go mad with him. He has sleep difficulty too. That is my main concern.

Yes I know Sleep difficulty is the hallmark of being overstressed. That happened to me too. When my Body Clock stopped working, I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Or conversely, I felt sleepy all the time. So, do not expect to have his sleep problems go away until his Body Clock is working again. Make him to set a reasonable wake up time and bed time and Do the best you can to stick to these times. As you lower his stress levels, his Body Clock will begin to work. This process will take at least three weeks, so stick firmly to your time schedule.
