Hi. I am a guy who is 22 years old and I work out regularly. I do cardio too, but not too intense. I am sometimes just too lazy. I heard that distance running is really good for you. Could you explain me something more about it? Maybe this is a good way for me to get rid of all of my fat (even dough I don’t have much of it).
It is a great way for you to train your heart, lungs, and loose weight at a same time. It keeps you fit. But REALLY fit. I was practicing distance running a year ago. I missed a bus, and run alongside it. I run, and run for the whole station, and I caught it. I was faster than the bus. Now that is some condition. That is what I call being fit! Run, it's good for you!
