Benign lump on left testicle, pain in right

A while back I discovered what my physician said was a benign lump on my left testicle that is probably a spermatocele. Lately on my right testicle there has been on/off pain and my scrotum has been itchy. No known rash. No sexual activity. The pain is debilitating and occasionally spreads into my right pelvic region. For many years, I have noticed pain in my right testicle but most of the time it has been clear that I've done something stupid and accidentally hurt it. Ex. I generally sit with my legs crossed at home, whether it be a sofa, a bed, or a computer chair (as right now); a lot of the time my left leg jerks and my left foot hits my right ball. This lurching pain doesn't appear to be from that kind of stuff.

As a side note. In the past few months I've noticed I've had to urinate a lot and most of the time, when these excessive toilet visits occurs, the urine emitted is nearly clear white. My pee generally takes an amount of time before it starts, and my stream has a habit of splitting for the first second or two.
