The slow release of these hormones tells your brain to gently stimulate the nerves at the glans (head of your penis). Under normal circumstances the production of hormone is gradual and a man has the ability to control the sensations of sex. "over stimulated". | the best way is to relax and remain calm. i never took anything for it. premature ejac occured twice when i was a teenager and i haven't had it since then. RELAX, REMAIN CALM, AND BREATH NICE AND SLOW. and you won't have a problem. |

| That's easy for u to say. U know how many men's has PE try to relax, breathe and remain calm. For alot of us it just never works |

| it is well known that the ejaculatory muscles of the penis play an important role in the length of time one can last before reaching orgasm. like any other muscle in the body this can be trained regularly. A muscle that fatigues quickly needs training, and hence exercises for the muscles relating to the ejaculatory response in people with premature ejaculation are indicated. there is a vast amount of research on the net regarding this, so check it out. |

I discovered the PC muscle and also tried the new climinax herbal premature ejaculation pills and that combo definitely worked for me, and with no side effects. Only 2 months in with climinax and already can last up to 10 minutes.
