Best Treatment for Antisocial Personality Disorder

I need to know what would be the best treatment for Antisocial Personality disorder. My friend has it and I just want to help him any way I can. I mean, he will get into some trouble behaving like that. And then it would be too late. So, can you give me some good advice?

Unfortunately, antisocial disorder belongs to a group of conditions that does not have any specific medications. That means that the only other solution left is therapy. But the problem is, therapy is something he has to wish for, he needs to want to get better and then the therapy would be successful. But only in that case. And he would most probably attend some sort of group therapy.
