Bicoruate Uterus and fertility struggling!

Hi
Im 31 and have been trying for a baby for 5 years. I have been diagnosed with endometriosis, PCOS and now recently a bicornuate uterus - Im supposed to be taking Clomid - but am worried as bocornuate uterus has limited room for baby neer mind if i have a multiple birth as Clomid canoften do!!
Need some help and advice
