hi i am 16 years old and have really horrible puffy nipples. both are like this and have lumps in each one. i first noticed it when i was about 12-13 and both nipples and scabs on and not long after just got bigger. i am really self contious and i always have to wear jumpers even in the summer because i dont want any one to see them. i want to go to the doctor but i darent. any one have any advice to get rid of them so i have normal nipples? Please please help.

no need to worry..your breasts are probably not completely developed yet which means they will be big and puffy..but eventually when your breasts have finished growing they will go to normall shape..but they might stay big..everone has all different shapes and sized nipples but its nothing to worry about..you cannot put them into a shape you want you just leave them naturally to grow..they could turn out any shape..there is no need to go to the doctors but if you are really that worried then try talk to an adult about it but i assure u its perfevtly normall and nothing you need to worry about
i dont think there is anything rong with it as i have seen males with puffy nipples like this..nipples come in all different sizes and shapes..but usually the males are normall..are you overweight or anything?
i guess there is nothing wrong with it but i just want normal nipples! no im not at all over weight.i always have plenty of excercise. is there a cause for this? im really self contious and allways think people are going to laugh at me and stuff.
