Hello,
I am female, 24, with big stomach  I didn’t have any sexual activity for past 4 months, so I guess I am not pregnant. But, I didn’t also have my period for the last two months, which is also worrying me. I normally do not have big stomach, but for the past two weeks is getting huge and I am also eating nothing special. Could Big stomach be a consequence of skipping period?

Hey,
I think that is the problem. I also have huge stomach few days before period… so, I could just imagine what my stomach would be like if I skipped one period
Maybe, you should do pregnancy test anyway ….

| your diffently pregnant, even if you havent slept with anyone in the past 4 months doesnt mean your not pregnant. take a test, you might be to late to get an aborton |

hi my problem is slightly more worse i havent seen a period in 5 months i took a pregnancy test at the end of the 2nd month and it was negative i av had internal ultrasound nothing wrong blood tests nothing my doctor told me dont think everything is a medical reason i need help!!!  its making me depressed. |

have a look into celiac or polycystic ovary syndrome. i have a bloated stomach and celiac, i'm being tested for poycystic. julie |

| I have exact same problem and i gess we need more answers not problems. but i have a very huge belly. i am 24yrs old female and i am definately, very sure i am NOT pregnant. might be just fat but seems weird. i have maintained size and weight everywhere on my body apart from belly. did ultrasound and blood tests. no problems. i am hoping i dont have someting but could it be just fat? I am overweight 100kg. but wear size 14 jeans well. all weight from my stomach! |

x0x0_girl86: What do you mean you can be pregnant even if you didnt have sex?????? Did you mean "definately" not "diffently" if so, how on earth can you make that assumption??
Renn: Have you taken ANY pregnancy tests in the last 3 months? You could have been pregnant and still had a "period" for those two months...Just how "big" is your stomach? and is it more like bloat or fat? hard or soft? There are SO many reasons your stomach could be appearing larger lately its near impossiable to give you any peace of mind off of just what you said but its unlikely that an ulcer could be one of them..growing "huge" in just two weeks would definately prompt me to see my doctor- he should be notified you have skipped two periods at least.... and take a pregnancy test if you haven't yet- you could just be in denial. Let us know if you can what the outcome is- Good luck |
