Biopsy after ablasion

Docs tried endometrial biopsy yesterday and were unable to get through the inner cervical os.... Is this common after ablasion and should they have even tried considering scar tissue???? Ablasion done 9/04... very very painful and today cramping..... Confused

I don’t know what could have went wrong in your case. My sister also had uterine ablation some years ago and had a biopsy two months ago. Everything was normal.

Have you been given a medication to numb the area and have they tried using forceps to hold your cervix? It was like that with my sister and everything went smooth.

What kind of problems are you experiencing when they decided to perform a biopsy? Are they suspecting anything?
Did your gynecologist offer any explanation on why your biopsy failed?
