Hey there,
Since I have a steady partner, I started on birth control pills two months ago. I have a question now… I never had painful period nor I do have now, but my boobs hurt so much…Awwww… The week before I get period, I cannot walk down the stairs, not to mention running or other activities. I need to wear double bra to ease the pain. Is this normal? They never hurt me before… at least not like that… I mean I could did sports and could walk down the stairs without holding my boobs… My boobs are quite big in size, so there is a lot of gravity involved …You know what I mean

Hello,
I have the same problem … this is quite normal… I even went to the gyn to ask her that. Before I started on birth control, I my boobs were sore and painful few days before I got it... but now, I feel pain 1 or 2 weeks before I got it. And as you say, this is some pain. I am easing it with double bra… there is no other solution. And in that period I certainly cannot run, though I have double bra , I have to skip all my activities… awful!!! There is no other solution, no cream, no pills, nothing... just pain, unfortunately … We shall have to suffer if we want to use this pills!!! Awful!!! I am thinking of changing contraception…
