Birth Control Pill and major problems. Help ME!!

Hi. I am 17 years old and female. I have been on the birth control pill for just over two weeks now to help regulate me and get rid of my acne. However, my poop is really hard and it has cut my rectum sometimes and caused bleeding (it is very painful). I also have this gross brown discharge that smells bad. I thought it might be vaginal discharge, but now i am not sure if it is maybe blood from my cut bum?
To make matters worse, I have now discovered three cysts or pimple-like bumps on my vagina that weren't there yesterday. One is on my mound and two are on the inside vaginal lips. They are not painful, but I am worried. My first reaction was STD, but I am not sure if this is a possibility. I have never had sexual intercourse, but about a month ago i hooked up with a guy and there was some fingering and i gave him a handjob. I know some STD's are gotten from doing stuff that isn't full penetration, like genital warts. Can anyone give me information. Is all this symptoms of the pill or do i have genital warts and constipation? Help Help!

Constipation can be caused by the pill, and this is something that will get beter with time. You should consider taking some fiber supplements to naturally soften your poop, or eat a few slices of wheat bread every day.(make sure it is 100% whole wheat)

The brownish discharge most likely is from the pill, and it is VERY VERY common. Most women will have spotting on their very first month on the pill, so you just have to give it time.

AS far as your bumps are concerned, could they be razor burn? IF you suspect any problems, you should see yourt doc to be sure.
