I've been on Ortho/Ortho Lo for over 6 years. I'm worried about the side effects related to heart attack and stroke..I heard that for every 10 years on the pill, the risk of these increases. Does anyone know if this is true? I've also been experiencing bad headaches while on the pill...is this a bad sign or is this normal? If I decide to stop taking the pill, should I just stop suddenly or gradually and is there any bad effects from stopping the pill after so long?
