I have recently decided to start taking birth control pills. I was just wondering which pill or type of pill is the most effective and safest one to take?
Ask your Dr. about Yasmin. I have taken several different kinds. The most effective for me was Yasmin. It has less side effects, I didn't gain weight and my face cleared up. It also seemed to help with my PMS and my periods lasted about 36 hours.
