Birth control and Condoms

I had sex once but I have been on birth control for 9 months. I take the pill religiously and we used a condom perfectly. My period is supposed to come in 5-6 days. My breasts are a little tender only when I push on them and my stomach hurts right below my sternum. Could I be pregnant or is it just anxiety?

It really does sound like anxiety, the pill itself is 98-99% effective and condoms are 80+% effective, so you are looking at some pretty darn safe sex.
