Birth control and pregnancy

I have been on BCP since june.. i have had no problems until now. the reason i went on bcp is to regulate my periods they werent coming bc im weigh so little. im about 90 lbs and stand around 4'11.. any ways.. everything was fine untill october .. when i had my normal off BCP periods they came between the 5-8 of the month.. well untill last month i was having my BCP at the end of the month witch would be normal from when i started it. but in oct. i got a full regular period with lots of cramps around the 5th then at the end of the month i got my regular BCP period.. this month i have already had that odd period at the beging of the month.. and i know i will get the one at the end.. What could this mean?
Are my regular and my birth control periods coming? people say my dose may not be high enough but i have had no problems untill last month and i am on orth tri cyclen lo.. could i be getting my regular period back... and would ihave a higher risk of getting pregnant on either one of these periods i use no other pritection. some one please help me so i dont have to call the doctor right away again i have been there 6 times in the last 3 months!
