Birth control effectivness and certain antibiotics

I take birth control and have been on the same one for four years now. I know that certain antibiotics cancel out the effects of birth control, but I have recently gotten sick and about to go home for my spring break. I am on two antibiotics prednisone and clarithromycin, which i do beleive is commonly called biaxan, will these two medicines cancel out my birth control?
