Hi Babylon. A smelly vagina usually indicates a vaginal infection (not necessarily an STD!). If it smells fishy you can be almost certain that it is a bacterial vaginosis. Then you will need a prescription for some antibiotics so you will need to see a doctor.

The bitter nipple is most likely due to residue left from soap, deodorant, perfume or lotion. Hope this helps some.
