Bladder Burning and Extream Tiredness

I had burning for 6 months after a hystarectomy. I was told that my Urethra shrunk in size and that is why I have been burning. So I had My Urethra stretched. The burning has disapated. Now it is back and I'm a little hesitant to get it stretched again because If it is over stretched it could end up causing worse burning.
