Bleeding 3 days after rough sex

My boyfriend and i had rough sex three times last week ( Thursday, Saturday, and Tuesday) TOday is Friday and i started bleeding. DOes this have anything to do with the rough sex we had? I was feeling pain in my abdomen, kinda felt like my uterus was hanging on strings. The pain has subsided but now i'm bleeding. It's still too early to determine as to whether or not it's my period (still too light). Can rough sex bring on your period 3 weeks early?? Or is it a tear that took three days to start bleending?
