Bleeding after fingering and sex

My boyfriend and I have been sexually active for about 5 months, in the last two or three months, we have noticed vaginal bleeding. Sometimes after sex, but normally more frequent after fingering, even when i am not on my period. It doesnt hurt. I have been tested for STI's at the doctors surgeory, but none have been detected. I dont know whats wrong, and neither does the doctor. She has done a test for Polyps, and didn't find any, and she has now told me to keep a record of when i bleed and how much. Neither of us know what's wrong with me. Any help would be appreciated.

hey did you ever find out what it was? cuz it has happened with me nd my boy after fingering nd it's got me curious.

It's important that the fingers you are putting inside are short and have NO sharp edges. You may want to file them before, you engage in these activities.
