Bleeding after lipo in my stomach

Just had lipo in my stomach a week ago and had my period the week before surgery and now my stomach hurts terribly when upright and when I lay down which i was told to be expected but the pain has gotten worse I think and now I am bleeding heavily like a period but it hasn't even been 3 weeks since my normal period and the blood isn't like the blood of a period it seems like. A bit worried.
