I've never had sex before but I masturbate regularly. While masturbating about an hour ago I began bleeding. I'm worried because I may have internally cut myself and if I did can that be harmful to me? I'm not bleeding excessively but there is a tinge of red and slight discomfort [burning]. I'm scared I may have done something to require a doctor visit but I don't have the funds for a doctor visit.
