Bleeding continually each week after stopping Diane 35

I took Diane 35 for 5 days only from the start of my period then stopped due to the many side effects i was experiencing. My period stopped as usual but 4 days later i started bleeing again was just spotting at first then continued for a week of bleeding like as if it was my first day of periods. since then i have had regular bleedings lasting a week then stopping for 4 days then again. is this normal. i still havent had my first period after the stopping of the pill yet its actually due today.
