I am 27 yrs old and have always had normal periods. I was 3 weeks late for my period and had some pain in my abdomin and I was nausiated. I took 3 pregnancy tests and they came back negative. After 3 weeks, I started spotting (which has never happened to me) and that lasted about 5 days. Then it got a little heavier but was still light for about 3 more days. Now it has been 2 weeks and I have not stopped bleeding. It goes from somewhat heavy to light. I have never taken birth control pills and I am really starting to get worried. I have an appt. set but they will not see me until the bleeding stops. What could be wrong?

The same syndroms happen to me for 1 month. when I went to the doctor she gave me a birth control to stop the bleeding and give me an appontement before I have my regular period.
