Bleeding in Regular time , Menstruation or Implantation, Pre

I had leg pain, lower abdomen pain, dizzyness for past couple of days and started wondering if i am pregnant.

my menstruation is usually regular (28 days). By that i should get my periods today, i see slight bleeding brownish in color. So im wondering if its menstruation or implantation bleeding.

I normally see no such symptoms, except some stomach pain on the first day of menstruation cycle. Can someone explain me
