This summer we’ve been at the seaside and it was wonderful. The sand, sunshine and deep blue sea, everything was amazing. After few days my best friend had problems with skin. His mole at his back began to bleed. We didn’t pay much attention on that and neither did he? He managed to stop bleeding and we thought that everything was OK. Last week my friend died. He had skin cancer. Was that Bleeding mole a sign?

I am sorry because of your friend! People with fair, skin, blond hair and light-colored eyes burn easily in the sun and they should be very careful when they are at the beach. As you know skin protect your body against heat, light, infection and injury. Melanoma is type of cancer and like others cancer it is best treated when it is found (diagnosed) early. Bleeding mole was the sign that had to alarm you to call doctor (dermatologist) immediately. I suggest you to learn more about cancer.
