Bleeding old blood while taking the pill!

I'm 20 years old. I've been taking birth control for a couple of years now, and never have I had this type of bleeding. I started bleeding brown (old) blood, about two weeks ago! My last pill was last saturday. I normally start about 3 to 4 days after and this time I've been bleeding old blood during taking the pill and after. I haven't to this day started my regluar period. I have took a pregancy test and it was negative. So whats going on? I been worry for the last two weeks of doing this! I read alot of things similar to this but it still hasn't really answered my question! So please I need some answers.

PS: I actually have had some pains in my stomach mainly on my right side whlie peeing. But not a whole lot. Just a few times! Question Question
