Posted: 10/22/05 - 02:00 Post subject: Blister, Pimple Or Herpes? |
|

Hello. I'm 24 year female and I'm pretty frightened right now because I don’t know what is happening to me. You see, I'm sexually active and I have changed several sex partners in these past couple of years.
About a month ago I have noticed something I could describe as blister or pimple just besides my vagina opening, on the part called big vaginal labia.
I wasn’t so concerned about this and thought it will disappear by it self in a few days, but it didn’t happen. It looks red, swollen and filled with some white substance. A good friend of mine told me that it could be some genital herpes. Please tell me this isn’t true!

Well, it could be very difficult to tell what’s wrong with you because of the small amount of data you provide. From all the things you said I must tell you that it could be herpes.
Depending on the individual, the symptoms of a genital herpes infection can last as long as six weeks and the primary changes on vagina could develop into a cut, sore, blister or lesion. But I must tell you one thing- herpes symptoms are not always easy to identify because they can vary so much from person to person and do not always appear as expected.
Many trivial and not so serious things can cause almost same clinical manifestations. Some of these things are pimples, jock itch and ingrown hairs. To be sure, maybe the best thing for you is to contact your GP and let him determine what seams to be problem!

hey well i keep getting these little buggers to and it so embarrsing i went to a doctor was worried i had some kind of disease down there but she told me that from constant shaving it caused abacterial infections.well these buggers seems to appear just before and after my period which it still bugs me.but i am off to see the doctor again.as for your condition on my exsensive reading it sounds like herpes as it normal forms a blister with a watery substance and dont feel embarrsed herpes is not always caused from sexual intercourse all the best and i hope you go to a doctor while the blister is there for the doctor to do a oral observation.
dont get anyhting by the vaginer it always seems to be on the lips girls they dam sore when they grow but always be clean and wear cotton undies |
