For a couple of years I periodically get blisters that form in my pubic hair area. It starts out itching then within a few days a small cluster of blisters will form. It appears in the same place every time and there is no rhyme or reason as to why it happens. I first thought it may be an STD but when the doctor tested nothing showed. my OB/GYN said that it is a cyst. It keeps me awake from the itching but one the blisters form then it hurts if it is scratched. Any suggestions as to what to do for the itching? My OB/GYN said the only thing to do is to "scoop" it out so that it will not return and he seems to think that is more trouble than it is worth sense it does not cause me pain but only itches. Thanks for any help.
