Hi. I am a man that is 49 years old and I have noticed that I developed some odd looking bloody blisters on my scrotum. Should I be concerned? Please tell me because I don't think that is normal. Should I go to the dermatologist. Does it has something to do with my age? Thanks in advance.

Yes, it could have something to do with your age. They could be genital warts, because I think that you are too old to have penile papules, but not necessarily. You should go to the dermatologist, so he could take a look and tell you what you should do. They aren't that big of a problem but must be treated none the less.
