I have been on Vioxx for approximately 7 months after a full rotator cuff repair. I have been eating low-fat, but am gaining weight and my stomach is bloated all the time. I don't sleep a full night without waking up; I am tired all the time. I was in a car accident a year ago, but this is ridiculous, I was fine until I started taking Vioxx, so I decided today no longer taking Vioxx. I would rather be in muscle spasm and pain than be bloated and fat all the time.

I know what you think, I have put on 15lbs, this while taking Vioxx for under a month. I have had shortness of breath, Bloated all the time and had flu like symptoms. Though I have been less active, I can’t really see how I have gained this much weight in such a short time (1 month)!I have got tingling round my lips today, which is a sure sign of an allergic reaction in me, I am slightly have headache , generally just not well. Am stopping these tablets as from today too!
