Blood Test & Irregular Paps (two questions)

1st question....had blood tested after being 5 days late and it came back negative.....are those always 100% because I still have not started my period, so now I am 8 days late.

2nd question...for the first time in my life my pap test came back irregular cells....what does that mean? I go back in November for another one but the doctor's office staff is not very informative about the pap test.

Any help I appreciate

Blood tests are 100% accurate, they would detect the lowest amount of pregnancy hormone possible.

Being late is caused by a number of issues, including stress and dietary changes.
