Hello there,
I heard for this blood type diets, but I haven¡¦t tried them yet. I found them little unrealistic¡K if you are supposed to eat one group of food, for example vegetables, then you should experience the insufficiency of some other nutrition.
Blood A is found in the highest concentrations among western Europeans and are many variation of group A. The blood group A variant allowed humans to tolerate and better assimilate grains and other agricultural products. Considering that, people with blood type A are better off as veggies.. that is your diet¡Kbecome a vegetarian ƒº
I read somewhere that the wrong diet for blood type A is meat, for O wheat ¡K
I hope I helped a little.
