Today after going to the restroom I noticed 4 or 5 drops of blood, when I went again later there were none. I did notice there had seamed to been a few more drops in my underwear from when I first noticed it.

If this occurs again, you should have it checked by an urologist. Blood mixed with sperm may not be a problem as it could be indicating blood vessel rupture, which clears pretty quickly. However, bleeding after urination and spotting afterwards could be indicating an std like Chlamydia or Gonorrhea but it could also indicate prostate problems like inflammation or rupture in the prostate veins, or even a bacterial infection.
Blood after urination usually goes along with prostate problems, so I would have make an appointment with an urologist if I were you.
