Blood found inside the foreskin area of my toddler

Hi, I have an 18 month old boy. This morning when I changed his diaper I noticed nothing different. I put the new diaper on and as I was about to close it I noticed a little bit of blood on my finger, I was looking to see where it came from and when I pulled his foreskin back that's where I noticed the blood. I cleaned it and there was no further bleeding. I waited to see when he urinated and the diaper was clear, no blood. I've been checking all day, and there is no more blood. But I noticed that it's red. He has no fever and he doesn't look like he is in any pain. What can this be?

Hi

My Son 14 months old has same condition.The Pediacs did urinalysis and tested for UTI.All came negative,there was no blood in his urine and precribed antibiotics.

Did you find out what was goin on with your son.How was he treated.
