Blood in stool, saw a docter already

I was constipated awhile back after i finally got that out of my system i seemed fine for awhile, a week or so later i found blood in my stool. i told my mom and we went to the doctors the next week. in the days between then and the doctor my stool seemed normal.

The doctor did his checks and found nothing at all

I drink plenty of water

later every week or so now i find atleast once there will be blood in the stool

should i go back in and get it checked again cause that really wasnt very fun. and im thinking its a fissure and i have slow bowel movements can i just wait and maybe itll heal and go away?

any help on this matter would be great
