Blood pressure too high

My specialist does not seemed alarmed that my blood pressure is high. I take him readings of my blood pressure varying from 145/95 or l35/115.
I have been on metoprolol for 9 weeks sometimes being given a doseage of 150mg twice per day - it has now been reduced to 100mg twice per day. I take also verapamil 120mg. lipitor, zestoretic, warfarin (I have afib). Metoprolol is not having any effect on my blood pressure and I do not know what to do.
